August 12, 2010    (Thursday)  6 PM to 10 PM

August 14, 2010    (Saturday)  8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

               (11:30-12:30 pm lunch break--not provided)

August 15, 20109    (Sunday)  12 PM to 4:30 PM

MINIMUM AGE:   14 years old by September 1^st (NO EXCEPTIONS)

CLASS SIZE:  LIMITED to -30-          EXPERIENCE:   None Required

*All Sessions must be attended in order to take test at end of clinic.  There will be NO EXCUSED absences from clinic sessions.

COST: 

1>  CLASS FEE   $25.00, check made out to KSA to hold spot in class or on wait list.   Checks (wait-list) will be held until spot in class confirmed.

2>  USSF REGISTRATION FEE   $45.00 total  (40 fee, 5 Insurance)

Check made out to NTSSA, to be paid ONLY upon completion of course and passing test  (100 questions, 75% minimum correct for passing score)

REGISTER:

Clinics are first come, first paid, first served and space is limited.   Priority will be given to KELLER SOCCER ASSOCIATION membership, and wait-list will be maintained for those from outside area, until class is filled.
